Anwar serves as the Pharmacist-in-Charge and CEO of Tavares Pharmacy, where he leads with a deep commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care. As a licensed Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph.), he specializes in immunizations and non sterile prescription compounding, offering personalized solutions to meet the unique health needs of every patient.

Md. Anwar is widely respected for his precision, professionalism, and patient-first approach. Under his leadership, Tavares Pharmacy has become a trusted healthcare resource for the local community — blending modern pharmacy services with the warmth of hometown care.

Nayna Rupareliya

Nayna Rupareliya is a licensed Pharmacist with over 20 years of experience, including 12 years in retail pharmacy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and is skilled in immunizations and basic compounding. At Tavares Pharmacy, Nayna ensures patients receive the correct medications, educates them on drug interactions and safety, and works with physicians when alternatives are needed. She also oversees timely prescription delivery and supports patient care at every step. Nayna speaks Gujarati and Hindi, and enjoys exercising, walking, and reading. She values the pharmacy’s caring, goal-oriented environment and its focus on putting patients first.

Kush Patel

Kush Patel is the Pharmacy Technician Manager at Tavares Pharmacy, bringing over six years of pharmacy experience and a strong background in administrative operations. He holds a High School diploma, a PTCB license, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. As manager, Kush oversees day-to-day operations while supporting both staff and patients. He takes pride in being a reliable part of the pharmacy team and contributing to its continued success.

Yary Rodriguez

With over 25 years of pharmacy experience, Yary Rodriguez serves as the Lead Pharmacy Technician at Tavares Pharmacy. Her expertise spans management, prescription fulfillment, provider relations, training, and office operations. 

Known for her organization, leadership, and dedication, Yary is also instrumental in patient orientations and helping new customers feel informed and confident about their medications and care plan.

Raelyn Ellison

Raelyn Ellison is a Pharmacy Technician at Tavares Pharmacy, certified by the PTCB and experienced in filling prescriptions, organizing M.O.T. Blister Packs, and assisting patients. She enjoys working as part of a caring team and finds fulfillment in helping others. In her free time, Raelyn enjoys shopping and staying active in the community.

Gema Gomez-Aguirre

Gema Gomez-Aguirre is a Pharmacy Technician at Tavares Pharmacy with one year of experience. She holds a High School diploma and is currently working toward her PTCB certification. Gema specializes in filling prescriptions, coordinating timely pickups and deliveries, and providing excellent customer service — including Spanish-speaking assistance. She enjoys working at Tavares Pharmacy because of the supportive team environment and the opportunity to meet new people.
